On December 12, 2008, Rubio’s Restaurants, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the resignation of Jack W. Goodall as a director on the Company’s Board of Directors and as a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees. Mr. Goodall had served as one of the Company’s directors since April 2001. Mr. Goodall, who recently turned 70, informed the Company that he decided to resign to more fully retire and to have more time to pursue his personal interests.
