The Registrant announced on November 21, 2005, that it had declared its regular semi-annual cash dividend of $0.08 per share to record holders of its common stock as of November 30, 2005. The payment date for the cash dividend is December 14, 2005
The Registrant’s Press Release announcing the declaration of the cash dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report, and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
