Explanation of Responses:

1. This exercise of stock options and subsequent sale of shares was pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan entered into by the reporting person on May 17, 2024.

2. This option exercise was a "sell-to-cover" transaction whereby the reporting person exercised 817 stock options, sold 555 of the resulting shares of common stock, and held the remaining 262 shares of common stock.

3. This option exercise was a "sell-to-cover" transaction whereby the reporting person exercised 850 stock options, sold 574 of the resulting shares of common stock, and held the remaining 276 shares of common stock.
