First Community Bank of America, subsidiary of First Community Bank Corporation of America, pursuant to the approval of its Compensation Committee, has made the following adjustment to an executive officer’s compensation based on an interim assessment of the executive’s duties, performance and peer compensation data:
Clifton E. Tufts, Executive Vice President of First Community Bank of America – Mr. Tufts’ base salary was increased from $129,509 to $143,075 effective with the pay period ending October 31, 2008.
