Item 8.01. Other Events.
On November 22, 2006, Stamps.com Inc. filed a lawsuit against Endicia, Inc. and PSI Systems, Inc. in the United States District Court for the Central District of California for infringement of eleven Stamps.com patents covering, among other things, Internet postage technology. For further information about Stamps.com litigation, please refer to Stamps.com’s quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2006.
