Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
Electronic Game Card, Inc has posted a new power point in the investor relations section of the company website ” www.electronicgamecard.com“ providing new guidance for earnings, revenues and net income for fiscal 2009.
The revised fiscal 2009 guidance figures show $0.14 earnings per share, revenues of $16.3 million and $7.9 million net Income. The previously announced guidance figures for fiscal 2009 were $0.12 earnings per share, $14.5 million revenue and $6.9 million net income.
