Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On January 6, 2020, Woodward, Inc. (the “Company”) reported that it has requested Robert F. Weber, Jr., Vice Chairman, 66, to postpone his planned retirement and continue providing support to Thomas A. Gendron, the Company’s Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Weber, who previously announced his intention to retire on January 3, 2020, has agreed to postpone his retirement and will continue to serve in his capacity as Vice Chairman and an officer of the Company. Mr. Weber has not announced a new retirement date.
