On April 26, 2012, IKONICS Corporation (the “Company”) held its 2012 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. At the 2012 Annual Meeting, each of the individuals identified below was elected to serve as a director of the Company until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until his or her successor is duly elected and qualified.
