On October 30, 2003, Jones Soda Co. issued a news release announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2003. A copy of this news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
As previously announced by the Company in a news release issued on October 28, 2003, the Company will hold its quarterly conference call to discuss the third quarter results on Thursday, October 30, 2003, at 1:30 pm Pacific Time (4:30 pm Eastern Time). This call is being webcast by CCBN and can be accessed at the Company’s web site atwww.jonessoda.com/stockstuff/invest.html. The webcast is also being distributed over CCBN’s Investor Distribution Network to both institutional and individual investors.
