Item 8.01. Other Events.
On November 20, 2014, Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. issued a press release announcing that it had commenced Excelyte™ well maintenance treatments in the northwestern Permian Basin and continues to expand its Excelyte™ well maintenance treatments in the Uinta Basin.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
