Effective July 13, 2016, Raymond C. Kubacki resigned from the board of directors of Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. (the “Company”).
Section 8 – Other Events
On July 18, 2016, the Company issued a press release announcing that it signed two master service agreements with two new customers that are independent oil and gas producers.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
