On August 8, 2007 at approximately 9:30 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time, the Company's Co-President, R. Scott Turicchi, is speaking at the RBC Capital Markets North American Technology Conference.  As part of this presentation, the Company is affirming its financial guidance for the third quarter of fiscal 2007 and financial outlook for fiscal year 2007, which it issued during its second quarter earnings conference call held on August 6, 2007.
