Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
As of November 19, 2004, Gregory Stevens, the Company’s principal financial officer, is no longer with the Company. The Audit Committee of our Board of Directors has commenced the process of searching for and screening candidates for a replacement principal financial officer. Margaret Noble, our current chief accounting officer, will serve as our interim principal financial officer.
