Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 8, 2016, Lightbridge Corporation announced that it has signed a letter of intent for its first lead test assembly (LTA) contract with a U.S. nuclear utility. The proposed LTA contract would enable the first use of Lightbridge-designed nuclear fuel in a commercial reactor in the United States.
