On September 30, 2022, we completed the sale of our interests in Oak Hill Capital Management, LLC, and certain of its affiliated entities, realizing approximately $175 million in net revenues, which, after compensation and other expenses, is expected to contribute approximately $75 million to fourth quarter earnings before taxes.
