Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
Effective September 14, 2006, Pacific Continental Corporation, the holding company for Pacific Continental Bank, announced a promotion within its executive management team, Charlotte Gallagher has been promoted to director of commercial real estate markets. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein in its entirety by reference.
Ms. Gallagher, who retains the title of executive vice president, will continue to oversee and direct commercial real estate operations for the bank’s three regional markets in Eugene, Portland, and Seattle.
