Item 5.02 Appointment of Principal Officers.
Pacific Continental Corporation, the bank holding company for Pacific Continental Bank, has announced the appointment of Roger Busse to President and Chief Operating Officer and Michael Reynolds to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Pacific Continental Corporation. Previously, Mr. Busse and Mr. Reynolds held the title Vice President of Pacific Continental Corporation. Mr. Busse and Mr. Reynolds will retain their titles of President and Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, respectively, of Pacific Continental Bank.
