On November 28, 2006, Internet Capital Group, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release relating to the acquisition of an approximately 40% equity interest in Channel Intelligence, Inc. A copy of the Company's press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference.
