On June 27, 2006, Pennsylvania Commerce Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing that the growing financial services retailer has been named to be included in the NASDAQ Global Select Market when the new NASDAQ tier becomes effective on Monday, July 3, 2006. A copy of the press release is attached as exhibit 99.1 to this report.
