Section 8 - Other Events
On October 11, 2018, Farmers & Merchants Bancorp (“Bancorp”) (OTCQX: FMCB) announced that it completed the acquisition of the Bank of Rio Vista at the close of business on October 10, 2018. Immediately following the completion of the acquisition, all of the assets and liabilities of the Bank of Rio Vista were acquired by Farmers & Merchants Bank of Central California. A copy of the press release announcement is attached as Exhibit 99 to this Form 8-K.
