On April 18, 2018, the Reporting Person acquired these shares in a private transaction for an aggregate purchase price of $335,000 from pursuant to certain Share Purchase Agreement dated April 18, 2018 by and among Pacific Webwork Inc.and Dan Masters as seller and the Reporting Person, Ban Siong Ang as buyer.
