(b) Resignations of Patrick Joggerst as an Officer and Charles L. Ill, III as a Director
On August 28, 2014, Patrick Joggerst resigned from his role as the Vice President, Worldwide Sales of BroadSoft, Inc. (the “Company”).
On September 2, 2014, Charles L. Ill, III resigned from his role as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors.

On September 2, 2014, Charles L. Ill, III was appointed as the Company’s Vice President, Worldwide Sales, filling the position previously held by Mr. Joggerst. On September 2, 2014, the Company issued a press release announcing Mr. Ill’s appointment and Mr. Joggerst’s resignation. A copy of this press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
