Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents shares of Class A Common Stock of Carvana Co. (the "Issuer") underlying restricted stock units acquired by the Reporting Person. The restricted stock units vest 100% on May 1, 2022, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service with the Issuer as of such date.

2. Represents shares held directly by the Maroone Family Partnership, LP, an entity controlled by the Reporting Person. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the indirectly held shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.

3. Represents shares held directly by the Michael Maroone Family Partnership, LP, an entity controlled by the Reporting Person.
