Item 8.01 Other events.
Following the on time filing of the 10Q for the quarter ending October 2008 (due approximately December 15, 2008) Inova will be eligible to resume trading on the OTC Bulletin Board.
In the meantime, Inova has also made progress toward to being eligible for trading on either Amex (NYSE Alternext) and or Nasdaq. In order to meet the minimum share price criteria for listing on one of these exchanges Inova will complete a reverse split of its common stock at a ratio of 400:1. The split will be effective on November 12, 2008.
