On July 1, 2004, eUniverse, Inc. issued a press release announcing the signing of an agreement to sell SkillJam to CES Software PLC. In that press release, eUniverse, Inc. disclosed the fiscal year 2004 revenues and net loss of SkillJam and the estimated gain on sale of SkillJam. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
