In connection with its 2009 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of inVentiv Health, Inc. (the "Company"), the Company has engaged The Altman Group to render proxy solicitation services at a cost of $8,000 plus out of pocket expenses and customary fees relating to the solicitation and receipt of proxies.
