On February 6, 2006, Ness Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation, issued a press release announcing that it had signed a definitive agreement to acquire Innova Solutions (OLAS Software Solutions, Inc.), a privately held provider of information technology services and solutions based in the United States and India.
