Item 7.01 | Regulation FD Disclosure. |
On April 2, 2020, Lamar Advertising Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that, as a result of the significant macroeconomic uncertainty resulting from COVID-19, the Company is withdrawing its previously announced full-year financial guidance for 2020 and its board of directors is evaluating future dividend plans. The press release also describes certain other actions the Company is taking in response to the current operating environment. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
