Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Pursuant to an employment agreement dated May 6, 2007 we appointed Alex Werber as our Chief Financial Officer for consideration of US$2,500 per month. Effective December 1, 2007 the consideration payable to Mr. Werber has been increased to $5,000 per month.
