Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Officers of China Yida Holding, Co. (the “Company”) presented information and participated in information sessions with analysts and investors during the CCG China Rising Investment Conference (the “CCG Conference”), being held on May 17, 2010 in New York City.
A copy of the presentation materials made available at the CCG Conference and at any one-on-one investor meetings is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. After careful review, the Company changed the statement of “200 million passengers” on page 16 of the presentation materials to “200 million people” in order to more accurately reflect the current population coverage of the “Journey through China on the Train” informercial programs.
