On January 31, 2017, Argo Group International Holdings, Ltd. (“Argo Group”) drew $125,000,000 under its $175,000,000 Credit Agreement in order to fund the previously announced acquisition of Ariel Re. Terms of the $175,000,000 Credit Agreement are described in Argo Group’s Form8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on March 10, 2014.
