Item 5.02 (b) Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On April 11, 2010, David G. Dickey, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Group President-Performance Products, announced his resignation effective April 23, 2010. Mr. Dickey resigned to pursue other interests. Craig A. Rogerson, the Company’s Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, will assume Mr. Dickey’s responsibilities on an interim basis.
