We were previously principal accountants for CIRCOR International, Inc. and, under the date of February 22, 2007, we reported on the consolidated financial statements of CIRCOR International, Inc. as of December 31, 2006 and 2005, and for each of the years in the three-year period ended December 31, 2006, management’s assessment of the effectiveness of internal control over financial reporting as of December 31, 2006, and the effectiveness of internal control over financial reporting as of December 31, 2006. On February 27, 2007, we were dismissed.
