On May 29, 2009, TransAtlantic Petroleum Corp. (the “Company”) filed an Amended and Restated Canadian Supplement to Management’s Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations for the three months ended March 31, 2009 (the “Canadian Supplement”) with the securities regulators in Canada on SEDAR pursuant to Canadian securities laws.
A copy of the Canadian Supplement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
