Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 29, 2020, TransAtlantic Petroleum Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has elected to pay the upcoming quarterly dividend on its 12.0% Series A Convertible Redeemable Preferred Shares (“Series A Preferred Shares”) in its Common Shares, par value $0.10 per share, as permitted by the certificate of designations for the Series A Preferred Shares, as amended. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
