Each of Enrico Cavazza, Silvia Cavazza, Francesca Cavazza, Martina Cavazza Preta, and Paolo Cavazza disclaims beneficial ownership of all shares of common stock held by Essetifin S.p.A. except to the extent of any pecuniary interest therein.
