1. Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock. The RSUs were granted on July 2, 2021, and fully vested on the date of the Issuer's 2022 annual shareholder meeting. Settlement of vested the RSUs occurred on October 18, 2022.
