Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On October 3, 2013, Crossroads Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its intention to adopt a tax benefit preservation plan, subject to receipt of approvals required from the holders of the Company’s 5.0% Series F Convertible Preferred Stock, as well as certain additional information about the status of its net operating loss tax carryforwards. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
