On November 26, 2013, Crossroads Systems, Inc. filed complaints against Tandberg Data Corporation, Dell, Inc., Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd., Huawei Enterprise USA Inc., and Huawei Technologies USA Inc. in federal district court in Austin, Texas, alleging infringement of U.S. Patents 6,425,035; 7,051,147; and 7,934,041.
