On April 8, 2014, The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) notified Crossroads Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) that the Company had regained compliance with Listing Rule 5550(b)(1), which requires companies listed on The NASDAQ Capital Market to maintain stockholders’ equity of at least $2.5 million. As a result, the Company’s pending hearing before the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel has been deemed moot and cancelled. Nasdaq has determined that the Company has regained compliance with all applicable listing standards to maintain the listing of its common stock on The NASDAQ Capital Market.
On April 8, 2014 the Company issued a press release announcing Nasdaq’s determination that the Company has regained compliance and the Company’s common stock will continue to be listed on The NASDAQ Capital Market. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
