Item 5.01 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
On July 20, 2006, the Board of Directors elected Joseph A. De Francis to the Board. Mr. De Francis is currently an Executive Vice-President of the Registrant and Chief Executive Officer of the Maryland Jockey Club.
