Item 7.01.Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 20, 2019, Marker Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing an oral presentation on updated data from a Phase 1/2 trial in pancreatic cancer led by Baylor College of Medicine. The data will be presented at the American Association for Cancer Research’s Immune Cell Therapies for Cancer: Successes and Challenges of CAR T Cells and Other Forms of Adoptive Therapy conference on July 20, 2019. The Company also will host a presentation following the conference on July 22, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. PST, the webcast of which will be available on the Investors section of the Company’s website athttps://www.markertherapeutics.com. A copy of that press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
