On June 20, 2013, John Silvestri, President and COO of OurPet’s Company (the “Company”), tendered his resignation for personal reasons effective July 5, 2013. The Company has no immediate plans to fill his position. CEO and Chairman, Dr. Steven Tsengas, will reassume his role as the Company’s President, while other responsibilities of Mr. Silvestri with respect to sales, marketing and operations of the Company will be assumed by other Company employees.
