On July 2, 2014, MutualBank issued a press release announcing the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire Summit Mortgage, Inc., a mortgage banking company headquartered in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The transaction has received all regulatory approvals and is expected to close in August 2014.
