Explanation of Responses:

1. These Stock Options were granted to the Reporting Person pursuant the Issuer's 2017 Equity Incentive Plan. One-quarter of the Stock Options vest on November 15, 2020 with the remaining shares vesting monthly pro-rata for 36 months following November 15, 2020, provided that the Reporting Person is employed by the Issuer on each vesting date.
