As previously reported on a Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Current Report”) filed by Workstream Inc. (the “Company”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 10, 2009, the Company hired Jerome Kelliher as its Chief Financial Officer effective as of December 7, 2009. The Current Report inadvertently misstated Mr. Kelliher’s prior work experience. The Current Report should have stated that prior to joining the Company, Mr. Kelliher served in various positions domestically and internationally with Ernst & Young, including Audit Partner in E&Y’s Moscow, Russia office.
