As previously announced, on August 16, 2007, the Company’s Board of Directors approved a two-for-one forward stock split of the Company’s common stock. The stock split is being effected by the issuance of a stock dividend of one share of the Company’s common stock for each share of the Company’s common stock issued and outstanding as of the record date of September 13, 2007. The Company’s common stock will begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market on a split-adjusted basis on October 4, 2007 (not October 3, 2007, as had been previously announced by the Company). The shares of the Company’s common stock resulting from the stock split will be issued by the Company’s transfer agent. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
