Use of Proceeds: | Repayment of a portion of outstanding indebtedness incurred under the unsecured interim financing facility used to fund the acquisition of the commercial real estate lending business of Fremont, and also to repay outstanding indebtedness under the Company’s unsecured revolving credit facility. |
