On June 27, 2017, concurrently with the completion of the initial public offering by Safety, Income and Growth, Inc.(SAFE) of shares of its common stock, iStar Inc., the Reporting Parson, purchased 2,250,000 shares of SAFE common stock in a private placement at the initial public offering price of $20.00 per share for an aggregate purchase price of $45.0 million.
