By press release issued on November 13, 2008, SulphCo, Inc. (the "Company") announced that it was hosting an investor conference call, which was held on December 16, 2008. The Company’s prepared remarks for the investor conference call are furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
